To strengthen water resource management and promote the development, utilization, allocation, conservation, and protection of water resources, Gansu Province has carried out the installation of water intake metering facilities for industrial, service-sector, and domestic water users. It has also completed the online supervision of planned water use for key water users, ensuring that water intake data is timely transmitted to the Gansu Water Resources Integrated Service Platform.

In the water intake metering facility construction project in Tianshui City, Gansu Province, Toprie's 4G Multi-function RTU (Model TP310V4.0) collects on-site data from ultrasonic flowmeters and water level gauges, and uploads flow data to the Gansu Water Resources Integrated Service Platform in accordance with SL/T 427-2021 Technical Specification for Water Resources Monitoring Data Transmission.
