Environmental data monitoring: The operation of a photovoltaic power station requires monitoring various ambient data. During power generation, the TP1000 multi-channel data logger can measure solar irradiance by connecting to irradiance sensors, obtain PV panel temperature via temperature sensors mounted on the panels, and capture air humidity through humidity sensors, along with other environmental metrics.
Power generation & energy management statistics: TP1000 multi-channel data logger is capable of collecting and analyzing energy production data of photovoltaic power stations. It can monitor parameters including the output voltage, current and power of PV panels, as well as the output voltage, current, power and total power generation of combiner boxes. Beyond temperature measurement, the TP1000 can also collect and record DC voltage and DC current; when paired with an AC parameter acquisition module, it can further measure AC voltage, current, power and power generation volume. It helps operators grasp the station’s energy production and consumption status, facilitating the statistical analysis of the power station’s energy data.
Fault detection and troubleshooting: In the event of a fault at the photovoltaic power station, the TP1000 multi-channel data logger can identify abnormal data points through data from various sensors, display red alarm indicators for abnormal data on the screen, and enable maintenance personnel to locate the faulty points via the sensors corresponding to the alarms for inspection and repair.
TP1000 multi-channel data logger is capable of collecting and recording all the aforementioned data. Install our dedicated data monitoring system software at the data control center: data can be transmitted to the center via serial port or Ethernet, or uploaded to the cloud monitoring platform wirelessly. Operators gain remote access to cloud data through mobile applications or WeChat Mini Programs, enabling real-time oversight of the power station’s operational performance.
It is extensively used across the global photovoltaic industry. It empowers operators to effectively oversee and manage the real-time performance of PV power plants, optimize efficiency, minimize operational expenses, and secure reliable, safe and continuous operation.
