Information acquisition device: A device integrating sensors to acquire operational status information of fire protection facilities.

Fire water system information device: A device used to collect and exchange information such as water pressure, flow rate, and water level in fire water supply, fire hydrant, and water extinguishing systems.

Note: Fire water system information devices include fire water tank/fire water pool level monitoring devices, end-point test water monitoring devices, and pipeline water pressure monitoring devices, etc.

1. The collected information shall meet the following requirements:

1. Water level information and abnormal water level alarm information for elevated fire water tanks, transfer fire water tanks, pressure reducing tanks, and fire water pools shall be collected;
2. Pressure information, pressure switch operation information, and abnormal pressure alarm information shall be collected for the main outlet pipe of fire pumps and the most unfavorable point in each zone;
3. Start/stop operation status and fault status information of fire pumps, and power supply operation status and manual/stop/automatic operation status of the pump control cabinet shall be collected;
4. Flow switch operation information on the outlet pipe of elevated fire water tanks shall be collected;
5. Operation information of indoor fire hydrant buttons shall be collected;
6. Water pressure information and abnormal pressure alarm information for the outdoor fire hydrant system shall be collected;
7. For high-rise buildings, the open/closed status information of fire signal valves and the pressure information of fire inlet pipes shall be collected; for other buildings, the open/closed status information of fire signal valves and the pressure information of fire inlet pipes should preferably be collected.

2. The performance of the information acquisition device shall meet the following requirements:

1. The range of the system-side pressure sensor should be (0–2.4) MPa, and the range of the terminal pressure sensor should be (0–1.2) MPa;
2. The pressure error of the water pressure information acquisition device shall not exceed 0.02 MPa;
3. The water level error of the water level information acquisition device shall not exceed 0.02 m;
4. When the fire protection facilities connected to the information acquisition device experience the following situations, the information acquisition device shall be able to accurately identify them within 100 seconds and upload the data within 30 seconds:
   • Abnormal water level in the fire water tank (pool);
   • Abnormal pressure in the fire water supply network;
   • The fire pump control cabinet is set to non-automatic mode;
   • Power failure in the fire pump control cabinet;
   • Abnormal water pressure in the outdoor fire hydrant system.
